Question this statement:
"Governments have been gradually subsumed; rather than representing the people's will, they represent the interests of those employed by the institution."
Extrapolating from a possible answer to the above question with another question;
At what point do profit margins become ridiculous? In particular, at what point we recognise that interests of pharmecutical companies are undermining goals of other institutions (in particular the WHO).
