Kung Pow Viewing, My Place.
Feb. 3rd, 2003 07:23 pmWe're currently watching Kung Pow: Enter the Fist. I have friends around at my house and there's plans for going out later in the evening (this is probably a good thing as long as its not overdone).
I need to make some phonecalls (I want to call Rani), and I need to be happy, which probably goes without saying.
Since I've just found out that Steve Odekerk must be having a good time of it right now, he's releasing Kung Pow 2: Tongue of Fury, as well as having had a success with the 3D movie "Santa vs. the Snowman," a lighthearted and entirely stupid animated tale which I had the misfortune to see at the Sydney iMax theatre, in all its real-life glory.
Its got almost nothing on the brilliance of Monkey Bone, starring Brendan Fraser. My god that was totally bizarre... I think I was in totally the wrong frame of mind for watching things like that.
