Well, I've been accepted at QUT, to study IT. Instead of the hell that is University of Queensland, or the limbo area that is UNE (mind you I still have to withdraw from this semester's courses, heck).
So I'm going back to yooni. The lovely world of tertiary education.
Part time though, so hoorah.
The small silver car which appears to have been extruded from a slightly larger alien is in the shop for repairs though. Thats going to cost a pretty penny. Unfortunately I own this silly car, so its going to come out of my bank account eventually.
I have the coolest mewkitten.com hat, I shall have to take photos of it. I'm a walking advertisement. I think that I'm going to have to make something interesting to put there pretty soon, or everyone's going to get sick of it.
Oh yes, and to take a moment to deride QTAC, the Queensland tertiary admissions center; they're the most irritating organisation I've ever had to deal with, but as far as admissions centers go, they're actually quite good considering that they let me sit the STAT when I only rocked up the day before the last sitting. However, they send you weird letters stating that if you don't contact them they're ignoring all your preferences, signed by the director of the organisation.
Overall, a thumbs-up I guess. But only cause they were good to me.
