exhaustion; dropping like bug-sprayed tree sloths

I have good reason to believe that my usual paranoia about security in electronic systems is getting out of hand in a couple of ways...
Firstly, its reached hiertho unthought-of proportions! I used to think that I was relatively paranoid, but now I'm becoming quite convinced that I have nothing of relatively import which could supposedly be exploited on my machines, yet now that I am looking to put a domain up for them I'm encrypting everything.
Secondly, it appears to be branching out into other areas. Specifically this means that I've been afraid of the dark as of last night, resulting in very little sleep. Grah.
Consequently I'm mildly tired this morning, although after a coffee I've perked up a little.
I should really do something with some of the domains that I own, shouldn't I?
